PRODUCTION

Polypropylene scraps, either in pressed bale pressed ibre, melted block, film or other are divided into colours (neutral or floral) and then stored in warehouses.

Once the materials are agglomerated by a densifier or ground by mill they go into a vertical metering screw mixer in order to have homogeneous compounds according to customer's specifications.



Granulating is carried out by two top edge screw extruders: a 160 mm screw for the production of black and a 120 mm for neutral or coloured production. On extruding phase the polypropylene is filtered through 0.2 mm hole net and degassed with the provided vacuum pump. The product in granules is packed in 1300 kg. Big-bags or in 25 kg. Bags on customer's request.
